ORDER PROCESSING, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- Order Cancellations or Adjustments: Please note that once an order is placed, cancellations or adjustments are not possible.
- Order Processing Time: Allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed.
- Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Estimated delivery times: 8 to 25 business days under normal circumstances. If your delivery has not arrived within this time frame, please contact us at orders@cami-k.com for assistance.
- STANDARD SHIPPING: We ship to and within South Africa only.
- GLOBAL SHIPPING: Not available at this time. If you are outside South Africa, please contact us directly at orders@cami-k.com
Please note that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders.
CAMI K only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.
If your package arrives damaged, please initiate a return or exchange within 7 business days so we can assist you. Refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for more information.
