RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 7 business days of delivery. Please fill in the return form here to initiate the process. 

RETURN PERIOD
We use a strict 7 business days return period during which the customer may return his or her package. These 7 business days start from the day the package is received.

RETURN CONDITIONS
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resaleable condition with tags and packaging intact. Once we've received your request, you will be required to supply pictures of the items before shipping them. Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable. 

SALE ITEMS
Sale items are not refundable but can be exchanged or returned for store credit. 

RETURN COSTS
The customer is fully responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item(s) is/are damaged upon the customer receiving them. Shipping fees can only be calculated at the time of processing the return. 

PROCESSING TIME
Returns are processed within 7 business days from date of receipt. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank and location.

    We have a strict 7 business days return period, Returns must be initiated on or before the 7th business day of receiving your items. Unfortunately you will not be able to return your item after the 7-business-day grace period has concluded. This applies to damaged items as well.
